Booking is easy:

• Simply click on the "Book Now" link below,

• Click Login to Register as a new Client, or to log in for existing clients

Please note: evening and weekend appointments are currently only available via Telehealth or Phone. This may change in the future, with client interest.

If you wish to claim a rebate for your session from Medicare, FlexiPsych must have received your referral prior to the booked appointment. If your referral hasn't been received, you may not be able to claim a Medicare rebate on that session.

When booking your initial appointment you will be required to make a deposit to secure the booking. At the end of the session, payment will be taken using the same credit card you have saved on file, unless you specify a different preference, and an invoice can be emailed to you for payment within 7 days.

Please note that your Medicare claim cannot be processed until payment has been received in full.

You are also able to claim a rebate through many private health insurance providers, but please confirm your policy entitlements with them directly in advance. A session can be claimed through either Medicare (with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan) or your private health insurance (but not both), you're able to decide which rebate you would prefer to access.

Flexipsych welcomes referrals from DVA, Worker's Compensation, and Victims of Crime support services. Please email approvals to referrals@flexipsych.com.au

Flecips

FlexiPsych uses a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you do not Login to the client portal, or reply to the Appointment Reminder SMS to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged for the session. The Psychologist will attempt to phone or video call you two times for your scheduled appointment, and then send an SMS follow-up. If you have not commenced the appointment within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be deemed to be forfeited.

Please note that no Medicare or private health insurance rebates are available for missed appointments.
